When is the Fortnite Live Event Schedule
Fans of Fornite are eagerly awaiting The Big Bang event that will mark the conclusion of Chapter 4 and usher in its next era. Scheduled to kick off at 2 PM ET on December 2, players should join a Battle Royale or Zero Build lobby and head toward Ruined Reels POI for this exciting experience.
The Big Bang will feature a special event playlist distinct from its core playlist that supports squad matchmaking for up to four players.
Season 2 will end on May 24
Fortnite players have enjoyed playing its Greek god-themed battle royale mode, but it appears the end is near. Zeus on Mount Olympus has been seen pulsating and lightning has struck Pandora’s Box to indicate a potential new threat is on its way.
According to trusted Fortnite leaker HYPEX, Epic Games plans on launching Chapter 5 Season 3 on May 24. Though shorter than its predecessors, fans should find plenty of content to keep themselves occupied during this run of Seasons.
Another potential event could be a sandstorm that’s heading for the island. A video from YouTuber FN_Assist shows this massive storm approaching with an orange filter, suggesting it could soon reach battle royale island. The massive sandstorm may also have story ties; for instance, Devourer of Worlds could soon invade our map in keeping with post-apocalyptic themes revealed through earlier roadmap leaks.
Season 3 will begin on June 14
Fortnite players were treated to an exciting live event last night that marked the conclusion of its Greek god-themed season and set up for an even grittier, metal-infused chapter. Zeus’ statue on Mount Olympus began emitting lights as red lightning lit up the skies above. Next Pandora’s Box charged up and burst open, creating an electrical storm across the island and sparking off an electrical sandstorm across Fortnite’s map.
As with most new seasons, Epic Games may experience some downtime to launch Season 3. Based on previous updates, this may last for longer than normal; additionally, the new update may increase file sizes so it would be wise to free up space prior to starting an event.
As always, the new season promises to deliver tons of exciting content, from Mad Max-themed storylines and crossovers with Bethesda’s Fallout series to new weapons, Points Of Interest, and vehicles – not forgetting some surprises along the way!
Season 4 will begin on June 15
Epic Games will launch a new season of Fortnite this June 15 with a Marvel theme, including many fan-favorite Named Locations such as Snooty Steppes which will get a sandy upgrade, along with new weapons, vehicles and features.
Fortnite Season 1 was less-than-stellar due to no major live event taking place; however, one is expected to wrap up Season 2. Early this week, however, Fortnite’s official Twitter account hinted at something bigger soon being forthcoming by posting teases of an event being “coming soon”.
This live event could see an epic clash of Greek gods. Reports indicate that Kratos from God of War could make an appearance along with Atreus in order to match this season’s Greek mythology theme, while Metallica may come offering items related to music like instrument skins, unique challenges and emotes on an island near you.
Season 5 will begin on June 16
Fortnite, created by Epic Games and pitting 100 players against one another in mortal combat, pits 100 people against each other with weapons, emotes, jam tracks and various challenges thrown their way – with weapons, emotes and jam tracks being among its features. Fortnite has become an international sensation with critics hailing its socially responsible themes as one of its strongest suits.
Fortnite Chapter 5 will reach its conclusion on May 24. As with previous seasons, its successor will begin shortly afterwards; players should anticipate some sort of downtime during which their gameplay may not be accessible due to update delays.
